Hi, I’m Mary! When I put my son on a gluten and dairy free diet for his food allergies, I was told to send him to school with a “special” dessert, to replace what all of the other kids were receiving, but I wanted his dessert to be TRULY special. That’s why I created Dolci di Maria (“Sweets by Mary,” in Italian), so that whether you are dairy free, gluten free, vegan, or just avoiding artificial ingredients, you can have an extra-special dessert—something that would be the envy of everyone else at the table. The point is, you can have your cake and eat it too. You have the freedom to participate in dessert again.

Made in small batches, we individually ice each cake, and hand cut every brownie. We make it a point to use the finest ingredients, to produce the absolute best flavor and texture for our gluten and dairy free baked goods—because you shouldn’t have to compromise when it comes to your dessert. Inspired by Italy’s fine pastry shops, our elegant and colorful packaging is meant to make you feel like you’re opening a gift every time.
